From our available dogs to the Adoption Application,
everything you need to start the adoption process in on this page.
*you MUST be at least 21 years or older to apply*

Adoption Fees:
Puppies (8 weeks - 2year) $400
Adults (3 years - 6 years) $ 300
Mature Adults (7years +) $200
All dogs (age appropriate) are microchipped, dewormed, neutered/spayed, and have a certificate of health from a licensed Veterinarian. They are given the following preventatives: Flea, Tick and Heartworm.
As well as vaccinated for: Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella.

Our Adoption Application process can take up to 2-3 days so please be patient.
Please contact us if you have not heard anything after 24 hours of submission to
ensure your application was received.

To make the process go as smoothly as possible please complete the following
(if applicable):

* Landlord - make sure that you are allowed to have pets, weight limit and breed for the pet you are applying for.
Also, alert them that a Pack Leader will be reaching out.

* Veterinarian (current/past) - Give consent for records to be released to Our Pack Animal Rescue

*Additional Information
If you own cats, our policy is for dogs over 6 months of age they must be in a foster home WITH cats or
They cannot be adopted to a home with cats: for the current pets and pups' safety

All dogs and humans in the home must meet with the potential new pup to ensure capability
*We do NOT adopt siblings together due to sibling rivalry *

Please watch your phone for a text or computer for email as that is our preferred and easiest form of communication.
If you do not text, please list your number as a landline.

IF YOU APPLY TO ADOPT, BE PREPARED TO ADOPT - UNLES PRE-APPROVAL IS STATED.
PRE-APPROVALS ARE WELCOMED AND ENCOURAGED FOR FUTURE.

APPLICATIONS CAN ONLY BE SUBMITTED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE OR PRINTED AND EMAILED/ MAILED TO US.
PETFINDER DOES NOT SEND US APPLICATIONS ONLY SENDS AN INQUIRY.
